Abstract Submissions are now open. You can submit your abstract online by visiting Abstract Submission.
You do not need to be a member of SME to submit an abstract.
Abstracts for consideration are due November 14, 2022.
You may not submit an abstract if you have signed a copyright with another organization.
We ask that you keep your abstract to 100 words.
Acceptance or otherwise will be sent out in November 2022.
All requests to withdraw must be submitted by email to SME Authors Support authors@smenet.org.
SME does not cover travel expenses or registration costs for presenters.
No, authors attending the conference and presenting are permitted to present at their designated session and leave the conference. If an author would like to attend the conference, they are expected to register and pay for the conference as a general attendee. SME Minnesota Conference does not offer a discounted speaker rate.
An email will be sent to the email address listed for the primary author. If someone else submitted the abstract for you and used their email address they will receive the confirmation. Please make sure to check your spam and clutter folders if you do not receive a confirmation email. If this email is not in spam or clutter, contact authors@smenet.org.
You may submit multiple abstracts but must complete the abstract submission process for each abstract individually.
