Exhibitor Registration for the SME Minnesota Conference

Staffing your exhibit is an important element of booth planning. Fortunately, getting your staff registered and securing your room block won't be as complicated as deciding who is on the travel team.


Register Booth Personnel

 

To receive your complimentary registrations, click on the button above, then click on Register Now and login to the SME website. Once logged in, on the registration information page, please select the Exhibitor Registration option. Once on the Payment page, you will enter your promo code that was sent to you and click on Apply. Make sure to click on Complete Registration.

Exhibitors who have already purchased exhibit space may:

  • Register booth personnel
  • Check to see who is already registered (review available badge allotment)
  • Make corrections/cancellations to existing exhibitor badges
  • Resend confirmations

 

Exhibitor Badge Allotment & Cost

Exhibiting companies are allocated two (2) complimentary full registrations for booth personnel. Exhibitors may use their free badge allotment for booth personnel or guests. Exhibit personnel who are above the number of complimentary badges allotted for your booth space will be charged for additional badges.

Badge Policy

All registrants are required to wear the official SME Minnesota Conference badge to gain entry into the exhibit area and technical sessions. Badges are nontransferable and must be worn at all times.
